minimum direct hops and ping times.

Hello.

I would like to be able to no do minimum direct hops but rather operate on
ping times, for example a site may be 10 hops aways via one of our links but
this may be only 100ms, whereas another site may only be 5 hops aways but be
300ms. I would like to be able to say to the squid cache,

go direct if you can get there faster than you can get to the parent cache.
