I expect this might work (assuming aclCheckFast() handles url_regex
acl's);
acl realaudio url_regex \.ra$
acl theboss src 10.11.12.13/255.255.255.255
delay_class1_access allow realaudio !theboss
delay_class1_aggregate_restore 123
delay_class1_aggregate_max 4321
Or something like that.
You could also look at class2/class3 and see if they suit your situation
(ie, limit individual realaudio clients as well as the aggregate).
