Traffic Shaping (Squid & Cisco)

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with Squid saturating a huge amount of our available
bandwidth when pulling down large objects. I've heard of the delay_hack
feature which would allow me to control bandwidth, but it doesn't appear to
exist in 1.2.b22.

Does anyone know where to find the patch to add it? Can a Cisco router
traffic shape on a protocol-by-protocol basis (or at least port-by-port)..
and if so does anyone have an example config?
