No idea. I don't think interleave factor matters much as Squid has a
more or less random I/O pattern. As long as it is small enought to keep
all drives working nicely (not more than a couple of MB).

For 1.2 I would go with one partition on each drive instead of RAID 0.
1.2 maintains each cache directory separately, and allows you to
add/remove drives when needed (for example when expanding cache or
removing failed drives).
