1.2b20+patch refresh_pattern values.

Hi Once again.

I seem to be becoming a regular posting to this list about 1.2, so here we
go again :-)

I have in the squid.conf:

refresh_pattern \.gif$ 10080 90% 43200

But in the cachemgr output it reports:

refresh_pattern \.gif$ 604800 115% 2592000

Now I can multiply 100800 and 43200 by 60 to get the cachemgr values so I
can see how that's derived, but what of percent values?

Also, I used to have refresh_pattern/i in squid 1.1, but that doesn't work
in 1.2 - is there a replacement for case-insensitive or has refresh_pattern
changed to be case-insensitive (squid.conf comments don't say anything
about it)?
