Squid & Firewall-1 & NAV

Hi

I´m using Squid 1.1.20, Firewall-1 and Norton Antivirus for Firewall,
and the following message appears when I use ftp:

While trying to retrieve the URL: ftp://ftp.embratel.net.br/
The following FTP error was encountered:

      Security server forbids NLST before PORT/PASV.

This means that:

    An FTP protocol error occurred. Please try again.

              Security server forbids NLST before PORT/PASV

Does anybody know how can I fix this ?
