cachemgr.cgi problem in Squid-1.2beta

1) I'm finding that cachemgr.cgi is producint what appears to be malformed
   HTML output in Squid-1.2beta8. I haven't had much time to fix
   it....has anyone else fixed this? Or am I having a unique experience?

2) Is there a CVS repository for the 1.2beta code?
