Can not connect web site with perl through the sibling

Hi,

We got a problem for connecting to some web site with URL running perl
script through the sibling proxy. The configuration is as follows :-

                  Internet

                +-------------+

                +-------------+

                +-------------+

The client has set the proxy server to the sibling Squid proxy server.
When the client connect to some WEB server which require to run the perl
script, the connection cannot be established. When the client set the
proxy server setting to the Parent Squid Proxy, it can connect to the WEB
site running perl.

The version of squid is Squid-1.NOVM.19

Any ideas?
