Hi,
Is it possible for squid to forward the original requester (end-user)
address in the REMOTE_ADDR field of a HTTP request, and if so, how is it
done? I.e. how do I read this (new) variable in my cgi-bin script if the
requester goes though proxy?
I am asking this question because I think this is a good feature to have
and it will solve problems like hotmail.com or other cgi-bin scripts which
look at the originating address and act accordingly.
Hope it is possible...
Regards
