Q: about many parents

Hi,
We are connected to two ISP. They both run proxy servers. The problem is
that when the international link of one of them goes out their server
returns:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

---------------------------------------------------------------------
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.netscape.com/
The following error was encountered:

       DNS name lookup failure

The system returned:

    DNS Domain 'www.tata.bg' is invalid: Host not found (authoritative).

This means that:

    The named host probably does not exist.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Generated by squid/1.1.10@proxy-sofia.eunet.bg

Althought it is possible to fetch the URL from the other server. Is it
posible to configure server to chouse more corectly parent server. (It
is possible to change configuration of the parent too)
