Hmmm, I don't think that squid have (or rather can have) that option configurable, but
I know that CERN web server/proxy had this option.

Hello:
When the conection to Internet of my LAN is down I 
can't get any web page from foreing servers (it's obvious); but is 
there any specific configuration to do in the proxy server to get 
that Squid renponse me (in this cases) with the last object that it 
has in its cache.????
If not somebody know which SW do that???
