local_domain, local_ip won't affect what you're trying to do.
If some mydomain1.de objects got cached before you added the
cache_stoplist config entries, then you could still get HITS for them.
To take them out:
bin/squid -ks # shutdown
cd cache
grep -v 'mydomain[12].de' < log > newlog
mv newlog log
squid & # restart
(nice administrative interface, eh?)
