I would be interested to know how Linux can be "tuned" to swap out idle
processes. The only way I could see how to do this was writing a process
that malloc()'d and scribbled on huge amounts of memory, thus forcing
things out.
Its an odd way to do "tuning". If anyone knows better, _please_ say.
