I've had a rather disturbing but interesting report from several users of the
cache I run. They have pointed out that at a particular site which offers goods
for sale via a fill-in form, the fields are being cached so that the next
user of the form sees the previous guys personal details!
The URL is:
http://www.choice-peripherals.co.uk
They use frames and redirection but if you first select Fax Modems from the
sidebar and then the first USR modem at the bottom of the page, you will see
the form and should be able to reproduce the problem.
As a temporary measure I have turned of cacheing completely for this
site via ttl_pattern. I am using Squid 1.0.20.
Can anyone throw any light on this?
Pete.
