Strange problem with beta21 and OS/2

Hi,

an OS/2 user connecting via CSLIP can no longer correctly access
Squid 1.1 beta 21, whereas beta 19 still works. The symptoms are
that his requests are correctly received and processed by the b21
Squid, alas the data never makes it to his machine, you can find
all of these links with status CLOSING and still _all_ data in the
send queue with netstat, occasionaly an additional
"write_with_timeout: (32) Broken pipe" can be found in cache.log
during such requests.
I'll upgrade to beta 23, but nothing in the changelog indicates
that this will be fixed by it...
