Access Denied by 1.1beta8

Hi, I'm trying to get 1.1b8 working, cos I *really* want
redirection. My conf file includes the default lines

acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
http_access allow all

However, all attempts at setting up an accelerator are
met with...
