[PATCH] Tokenizer

Hi,
  here's the patch for merging the sbuf-tokenizer branch. Includes the
fixes to Parser::Tokenizer::int64 method (via reimplementation of
strtoll to account for SBufs sharing MemBlobs).

Please review.
