[RFC] [PATCH] Proposal to kill Netscape K-A hack

Just spotted this hack killing persistence after every Unsupported
Request error.
Original was added in Squid-2.3 prior to Oct 1999 for bugs in Netscape.

Anyone aware of this still needed?
