Hi Christian,
 Sorry about that we have had a few teething problems with the shift to
libtool-2.x.
This patch may help a bit:
http://west.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.1/changesets/squid-3.1-10057.patch

Alex seemed to have problems even then after bootstrapping with libtool
1.5, so 2.0.9+ may be a hard requirement now for use of bootstrap.sh

In other areas, we have a bug open reporting that -fPIE does not work. Do
you have any patches etc for that option?
