I can't. At least I have no idea why, but the command listed don't work. (It
is also getting quite confusing to deal with cvs, svn. hg(mercury), bazaar,
git, ....)
I run OpenSuse 11.1 and I get:

markus_at_opensuse11:~/sources/squid-3> bzr branch --bind
