Squid-2.5

I think 2.5 is more or less up to shape now. Will branch 2.5 during the
weekend if nothing worrying turns up before then.

Everyone, please test the next snapshot the best you can. I have tested most
things I can test short of running a polymix.. (my testbench is somewhat
dismantled for other business at the moment)
