icon loading can leak filedescriptors

Whilst playing with the icon loading code, I've found a
very subtle bug.

in mimeLoadIconFile(), if the fstat() fails the routine returns
without calling file_close(), leaking a filedescriptor.

I'm not going to bother patching it - I'll fix it in my diskio code.
