Hi,
I updated and committed the configure.in, acconfig.h and src/Makefile.in in
manner to support Windows Services and the new win32.c source file.
I defined a new enable switch, --enable-win32-services, that defines
USE_WIN32_SERVICE on autoconf.h.
Plus, I have committed a bug fixed version of dns-internal.c.
